Starting Solids Program

A 6-week program to get you feeling confident with starting solids

  • Give you the confidence to know when, how and what to feed your baby 

  • Plan for how to introduce allergens using the current up-to-date evidence,  to maximise the benefit of early introduction. 

  • Create stress-free mealtimes and a feeding relationship based on trust, where you can be responsive and focus on building skills and positive mealtime experiences, building skills for intuitive eating for life.  

  • Support growth and nutrition requirements by discussing key nutrients and how and when to introduce them, as well as a look at infant growth, when to worry about growth, and what to expect for your child's growth in the first year of life.

  • Build skills for learning to eat, managing different textures, and progressing through textures. 

  • Understanding gagging/choking and what foods to avoid feeding your baby.

 

What is included 

  • 6 x Weekly Webinars and Q+A and weekly worksheets

  • 12-month access to the Nourish Little Lives resource library which is packed with helpful resources and access to the Nourish Little Lives food and meal picture guides for introducing solids. 

  • 12-month access to the Nourish Little Lives private Facebook community to connect and share experiences with other parents, with regular input from Anna 

  • 12 months of access to additional members-only webinars.  

Price: $16.50 per week for 6 weeks (total $99)
