NDIS Initial Appointment ($190/hour)

Service Description

Children with a disability have unique and complex food and nutrition needs. Anna is experienced in working with children with complex disability and feeding difficulties, including - Cerebal palsy - Enteral nutrition (PEG) - Tube weaning - Global developmental delay - Neurodivergence (ASD). - Supporting diets for children who experience difficulties with chewing and swallowing - Fussy eating or resistant/picky eating, ARFID, food anxiety and neophobia - Stressful mealtimes and other mealtime challenges such as food refusal, not coming to the table, eating with distractions, or avoidance to eat socially - Bowel issues (e.g. constipation, diarrhoea, coeliac disease, limited fluid/fibre intake) Dietitian assessment and nutrition support are essential to ensure National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants can realise their goals. This service supports children with NDIS-approved funding and includes expert clinical paediatric dietitian assessment and management This is a 1-hour service and also includes report writing fees report-writing Billing can be arranged to be invoiced to your plan manager (contact via email for more information on payment options)
